• Dr. Raj Mandot is one of the top Nephrologists in the country. Being a Gold Medalist in DM Nephrology, he held the post of Assistant Professor at the Department of Nephrology and Transplant Sciences, Institute of Kidney Diseases and Research Center(IKDRC) in Ahmedabad. He was also in-charge of the Transplant program at the IKDRC. During the past eighteen years he has managed more than 1000 Renal Transplants (including live and cadaveric donors), and has performed more than 4000 Renal Biopsies (both native and transplanted kidneys). His special area of interest is managing critical care patients (SLED/CRRT).


• Presently, he is a Consultant Nephrologist and Transplant Physician at Kidney Health, SAL Hospital, Sterling Hospital, Pukhraj Raichand General Hospital, and Rajasthan Hospital. In addition he has also been Medical Advisor for Nephrology Services at Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and at Nephron Dialysis Centers in Ahmedabad.


• Dr. Mandot has been doing renal transplants since 1999. He has done more than 1100 renal transplants to date. He has also transplanted approximately 45 International patients which include patients from USA, UK, UAE, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Sierra Leone. The transplant programme for foreigners started with close association with Dr Mark Sanwo, paediatrician at Nigeria, who himself had undergone renal transplant in year 2000. The programme was carried forward by Dr Adegboyega Oke, director – Fortress Health Consultants, Nigeria. In the last twelve years of association Dr. Mandot has treated around 150 foreign patients for various kidney ailments
